The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a great way to have your say and represent patients within South Molton Medical Centre.

South Molton Medical Centre has an active Patient Participation Partnership group that meets regularly with members of the Medical Centre Centre staff and patients.
The purpose of this group is to communicate and work with the Medical Centre in order to enhance the patient experience.
We are always interested in recruiting new members. If you would like to join the PPG or the next meeting, please complete the form below and a member of the PPG will get back to you as soon as possible.
